ClickTech PC Repair offers Remote and Onsite computer repair. The most common and the quickest way of support is Remote support. A help request for either Remote or Onsite repair can be done online with the help submission or by phone. If a request it done by phone we require you to agree to a simple Terms of Service agreement found under the Support tab of the website.
Sign TOS Agreement - Must be agreed to and submitted before phone support is given. It is digitialy signed by IP address, time/date and your name.
Support Request - An online form that can be filled out to request support. This includes the TOS agreement for service.
Connect - Connect is the software link used to gain access to your machine remotely.
